The device seems to be restarting every couple of minutes. All LED lights except Power go off, then they come back on to the correct operational state, then go off again, and so on. Even with the default configuration.

Symptoms and error codes indicate a hardware problem with the device. The error code range is wide. According to historical cases, the cause of the error code 104001 is that the ONT repeatedly restarts because the power supply is faulty.


You are advised to send the ONT to a local sales point for maintenance or replace an ONT.
