Root cause of the alarm : A registration failure is detected. Endpoint configurations are incorrect.
Affect on system : The call cannot be set up.
Troubleshooting :
- Check whether the endpoint connects to the network properly by checking the network connection icon on the remotely controlled UI or checking the network information on the system status page. If no, connect the endpoint to the network.
- Verify that the GK address is correct and the GK is running properly.
- Check the network between the local address and GK address. Perform the ping operation on the system diagnosis page and verify that the endpoint connects to the GK properly.
