Under my Product, will it not be nice to have description and image of the product and also mention those product (e.g Router, Switch, Firewall e.t.c) where by you can see all product on Routers. Instead of mentioning S5700, S2700 and so on.

Because not almost everybody know what is S5700 or Cloud Engine. Let give room for somebody that is not a Network Engineer or not familiar with our codding Name

It will also look more better to add some video description on most troubleshooting issue people do encounter.

2. Give video description on all the product stating most of thier outstanding features and if possible give the information on any upgrade on either hardware or Software. For users to quickly have idea about any changes and upgrade.

4. Thier should be a room for "Product NEWS" where user can get to know the latest or changes on any Product.

5. Thier should also be a section on Troubleshooting to give feedback on User experience and some outstading solution to issues (that is user giving experience on the behavior and if possible solution to thier trobleshooting issues). This can also help other user to quikcly check and find solutions to thiert troubleshooting base on what other people experience. This will also help the R&D to qucikly check and get to work on the either the Hardware and Software of such Product.

2. Also when using the forums section on the application, suddenly application restarts on its own and takes me back to the beginning. It's a OnePlus 5T

4- I suggest to change the color of Categories , the Red Color not suitable for all Users Especially for Users who suffers from Color blindness

5- The algorithm for selecting favorite Posts should be improved I have seen Post in Recommended Section that are not of my interest , I suggest to add Favorite Tab in all users profile , that can user select the topics and hash tag which interested in them , then you can display posts which related to interest of each User
