Hi,

There should be generic option to go to specific section of all the posts. For example, in each section, there is a subsection "ask for help". Now, if I want to see only ask for help posts, I should have option to filter only those posts in all the sections.

hi ，dear friend. you can see all Ask for help posts in each product section. so do you suggest that it should have a channel to see all Ask for help posts about all product section?

Hi, yes it would be helpful. As we have a activities group, where all the activities are shown, something like should be available for 'ask for help' post as well so we can quickly resolve the issue. Sometimes when I am at router section, I don't know if someone has posted a problem in switch section.

I should have option to view only favorite posts/activities and as this activity was added, I should get an alert that new activity was added.

If I follow a user/admin and they add a new post, we should get a notification that this perticular user has added a new post.

The slide of some poster for the activity so fast, the user not like this, suggests not to change the poster of activity, good by manual

Yes, this function has been implemented.You can click on the top left corner avatars in Hiknow Forums and you will find My Replies
