If you are asking about the lack of map information after zooming in, you need to contact the manufacturer, who did not add the detailed layer after zooming in when the map was built in.

Currently, the EP820 only supports maps in TPK/MPK format from ARCGIS manufacturers, which you can provide by contacting ARCGIS manufacturers or by contacting the product manager from whom you purchased the product. |
