Symptom:
After alarm or event information is exported via DeviceManager, garbled characters are displayed in the Excel file.


Diagnosis:
Check whether the interface language of DeviceManager is Chinese.
Open the Excel file, choose File > Options > Language, and check whether the default language is English. If yes, the fault is caused by language mismatch.
Cuase:
The default language of the Excel file does not match that of the exported file.

Solution:
Open the Excel file, choose File > Options > Language, set the default language to Chinese, and click OK.
After the setting is complete, close all opened Excel files.
Open the exported alarm file again.
