Hi,
So chances are this topic has been answered elsewhere but please bear with me as I ask again. I am currently using a Huawei B618s-65d router throughout my house. 5G is not yet available in my country and as such, I am operating on a 4G+ network. A week back while trying to access online gaming my PS4 encountered network issues in which the NAT type was constantly 3. I tried various suggested tips as well as obvious tips to resolve the matter including:
- Bypassing my Ps4 from the range extender (Netgear Ex3700) and doing a direct wifi connection to the router
- Rebooting console/router/range extender and then later even resetting router and extender to the factory and setting them up again
- Initiating Port forwarding via Virtual server on My Huawei router (attached is 2 screenshots indicated the recommended ports and what I entered in the Port forward setting, I hope it's correct)
- Contacting my ISP to determine if there were any changes from their side (none that they stated, although the call center consultant didn't seem to understand a word of what I was saying so I don't know)
- Thinking to myself what would Sheldon cooper do, screaming into my pillow multiple times and throwing styrofoam cups at walls (Cant afford to throw real glass lol)
I'm at a loss so would really appreciate it if anyone with similar problems and solutions could help (also PS4 is too far from the router to run a LAN cable so that options out)
Thanks.
