G530 V3 server's iBMC port cannot access issue

I am in a delivery, customer purchased a chasis of G5500 with two G530 servers. But when I login to configure it, G530_1 can access while G530_2 cannot. both server has the same network connection. I tried to use the network cable and network port with G530_1 to connect to G530_2, but the issue same, please kindly help, thanks.

hi, for this issue please check as blew step.


1、check the iBMC IP address status from the BIOS portal;


2、for the G530 V3 servers it use the same iBMC can to the two blade.

Can i know you are using MGMT port to connect to server to config to server or form the NIC to access the server? if you are using the MGMT, make sure the MGMT ip is correct. By default,the MGMT port IP MM1 slot：10.10.1.201; MM2 slot ：10.10.1.202. you can refer to http://support.huawei.com/hedex/hdx.do?docid=EDOC1000174945&lang=en to check.
