FusionSolar shows NO Daily Energy while rest of data is visible

Problem:

The FusionSolar portal shows no Daily Energy Yield (0 kWh) 

 

Does anyone knwo how come ? I never had this problem.

Is it that only the power generation data on May 17 is lost? I can't judge whether your device is malfunctioning temporarily, you can wait for a while and check if there is data again. If so, the data collection may be lost. The system collects data again to supplement it. If there is no data, you can check whether the power generation data on the 18th is collected on the 19th. If there is no data on the 18th, there may be a malfunction of the device. You can contact the photovoltaic team for technical support.
