Hello, dear.

As TangLI said, you can add a new user to manage the power station.

Step:

1.  On the main menu, choose Choose System > System > CompanyManagement.

2.  Choose a company or subsidiary from the navigation tree on the left and click Add user.

3.  In the displayed dialog box, enter the basic information about the user and click Next.

NOTE:

The mobile number entered can be used as the mobile number used to log in to the SmartPVMS.

4.  Select a role to which the user belongs and click Next.

5.  Select the plant associated with the user.

NOTE:

Associate an installer with a company. The installer can manage all PV plants of the company within its role permissions.

6.  click Confirm.6.  click Confirm.

Hello, dear.
For shared power stations, you can only view information about the power station. You cannot operate and set the power station equipment.

Thank you for your information.
I want to grant control to new user (existing in Fusionsolar but not yet added in my company). How to do that?

If you want to transfer control of the device to a new account, you need to first unbundle and remove this device from your Fusionsolar. Then bind the device under a new account. The new account will have all permissions for this device.

Or you can create an account with the same permissions as you and assign the plant to him.
