Problem

In the FusionSolar portal the total energy in kWh for the month of July is calculated AND displayed wrong.

As you can see the total energy (A) in the picture below is 334.47 kWh; this is not correct

WRONG7

See below selection of the exported data from the FusionSolar portal (B) which gives a total energy of 436.02 kWh.

This is the correct data and the correct sum of all values for the month of July.

xl7

Please notice that the whole month of July the data was calculated and displayed correct !

Now it is August the data of July is calculated and displayed wrong. How can this be ?

The effect of this wrong calculation is also that the total energy over te year and lifetime is also displayed wrong.

See screenshot below.

ttl

Can you please explain what is going wrong here ?

It was always good and now it is wrong since today August 1.

Looking forward to a solution.

Regards!

Solved

After contacting the Huawei support desk in Europe I received a mail in which they informed me that my observations are correct. After udpating some minor differences between the time zone on inverter side, on fusion solar side and a small adjustment to the plant address, the problem was fixed. They recalculated the data and the correct result is given below. They asked me to pay attention in the next month September because if the issue occurs again next month, I can open a new ticket and check it further with Research and Development department.

Thanks for the excellent and extremely fast support Huawei support desk !
