FusionSolar not collecting data

You can refer to the following steps to process it on SmartLogger.

Collecting performance data

Context

You can recollect the solar inverter performance data, as well as daily, monthly and yearly energy yields.

Procedure

• Choose Maintenance > Device Mgmt. > Data Re-Collection.

• Select the type of data to be collected and set the collection period.

• Select the name of the device whose data is to be collected and click Collect Data.

• Wait until all data is gathered. On the Monitoring page, query the collection result.
