Fusionsolar cannot add plant

Hello to all members,


our company will install 4 plants of 500 kWp with 7 KTL60000 each.

The first one is already connected and has a Smartlogger 1000A and I can see all inverters locally. I cannot Add the plant to Fusionsolar because it says 

'Confirm the authorization obtained from the user.'


Please inform me what I should do so we can add the inverters to the FusionSolar portal.


Also is there a way to see the Enspire page from an external IP.

When prompted in Fusionsolar: "Confirm the authorization obtained from the user."
The reason is that some options were not filled in during Fusionsolar's creation of the power plant.

Hello,

Please find below how to connect a new device to the power plant.

 

Procedure

 

1.     On the system homepage, click Setting. The System Setting page is displayed.

2.     On the left navigation bar, click Plant Management. The Plant Information Configuration tab is displayed by default.

 

3.     Select the PV plant and choose Modify

1.     From the Modify page choose Access Device and select Addàinsert the new device SN and save

Check the device status.

Hello to all. The problem was that when I tried to add a plant there is a checkbox that is not visible in small screens. Once I logged in using a computer with a bigger screen the authorisation checkbox could be checked and I could proceed. When you are in the field you normally have a laptop with small screen so it would be a good idea to fix that for other users. Thank you once again Best regards Angelo

hi, i do have a similar issue, i can't add a plant.The plant has other plants that were installed earlier.Whe i try to add a plant i get the following error " Plant not added" see attached file. how can this be resolved?

It is possible that the device has been added to another plant and needs to be unbound from the plant.
