FusionSolar app, showing incorrect data

Hi guys,


about a months ago I got a smart meter installed. App displays data in a wrong way. If you look at the image bellow, the energy flow from the grid even though it is currectly exporting back to the grid. So that affects on the other figures calculated incorrectly. Or is it supposed to show like that? I suspect installer connected smart meter with reversed polarity. Can you confirm if I'm wrong/right?

Hello, dmitry_oz.
There is no problem with your equipment. The value shown in the figure indicates that you have consumed a total of 7.788KW, of which 4.284 comes from power station production and 3.58KW comes from the grid.

it is inport ..no exporting...load7.7=inverter+grid,it look ok..

I know nothing was using so much energy at that time, in reality it was 4.284(generated from solar) - 3.580 (exported to grid) = 0.704 (load)

Now it is night time here, it shows 0 power generation(which is correct) and 2.506 kw being exported to grid!

OK，There's seem something wrong with your meter.meter with reversed polarity，check it.

Hi user! can you try below steps:

1. Open your FusionSolar App and go to "My Account" (Right bottom side of the App).
Open the icon with the "House + Sun + Huawei".
2. This will bring you the FusionHome App with 

    1. Wifi icon, 2. Device, 3. Toolkit. Now select: 2 - Device.
3. You should now see your Sun2000 system if it is correctly connected to your WiFi. Select it and log in !
If you do not see your Sun2000 system then use option 1 - Wifi first to connect it.

Maybe your load is at low power, just as your PV system is at high power, so it  exported.

Try to set the mater as a load meter .Device Management ->input Device type:mater ->Modify->change meter type
