FusionInsight Manager Troubleshooting

Locating Method

FusionInsight Manager is a web service built on the Tomcat container. For details about how to locate faults, see the troubleshooting method for web services.

Tomcat logs are stored in /var/log/Bigdata/tomcat/.

Procedure

                               Step 1      View /var/log/Bigdata/tomcat/localhost_access_web_log.log and check that the request is sent to webservice.

                               Step 2      View /var/log/Bigdata/tomcat/catalina.log to analyze error logs.

If the Tomcat container is normal, check the logs of controller that is the control module for processing FusionInsight Manager services.

The controller.log file is stored in /var/log/Bigdata/controller.
