So Fusioncompute is similar to esxi or any other virtualization platform, but it is in cloud? Thanks.

Yes, they're very similar, they're both virtualization systems.
The public cloud is not available. In the old HCS version, for example, V206, the mainstream uses Fibre Channel as the compute node. In the new HCS version, the FusionCompute is managed by HiCloud and is used as the compute resource pool.
