FusionCompute - Default password for Fusion Compute is not working

Today, we tried to log in with admin and found that the default password didn't seem to work.

Kindly find all the accounts default passwords :

For VRM it seems you use the correct password, but may you write it incorrectly and the account has been locked, so please make sure you input it correctly 

Also I didn't know to enter so see the below :

Please try login putty but first login the Gandalf user:

IP: 192.168.1.11

Username: gandalf

Password: IaaS@OS-CLOUD9!

Then input su, so you will change to root user

The root password is IaaS@OS-CLOUD8!

and after we entered the remote session with the customer we see that he Input the password incorrectly

finally, Try to write the default password and it works fine.
