1. Check the connection between the PC and FusionCompute portal with TELNET, and the netword is alright.
2. Change the browser to other types(Firefox, IE, Chrome), system will show us that the security certification is invalid.
3. After logining in to the VRM node and checking the history operation, we can see there is operation about deleting the certification file 'addTomcat12Flag.conf'.
Root cause
After deleting the certification file and restarting the VRM service, there will be a new certification file in VRM node, but the browsers in local PC still keep the old certification file.
Solution
We can delete the certification file on browsers in local PC, when trying to access the portal, we have to get the latest certification from FusionCompute Portal again.
The method to delete the certification file in Firefox is as below, after deleting it, restart the browser again to login the portal.
