【Problem Description】
one of the customer feedback that he have 3 windows server 2016 VMs running the Exchange application. but one day he find the vm-tools not running.
【Problem Analysis】
login the vm to check the service find the vm-agent service are not running. and when we do the start operation by manually. it show error.
【Solution Description】
check the driver find the virtuIO is disable,need enable it after that restart the service solved the issue.
