1. Check the error and find that the plugin is not installed. You cannot see the FusionSphere process in the Windows process list.

2. You need to re-download and install. If you click the installation and it doesn't respond, use double-click or use the administrator to test if it it still fails.

3. It is necessary to check whether the host is a Windows 10 system.

4. Some versions of Windows 10 have security protection. You need to modify the attribute information of the installation package before the installation.

5. After modifying the security information, install it again with administrator privileges and it will succeed.
