Customer found fusioncloud VM EIP not working，they have APP server and database server using EIP but cannot connect between APP server and database server.We remotely access the customer's environment and found that the two VMs could not ping each other. The VM could not ping its own EIP with its own private IP. We checked the security group and found that the client only configured the inbound rule without configuring the outbound rule.Solve the problem after configuring the security group outbound rules.
