Abstract |
This issue describes the FusionAccess troubleshooting documentation and tools. Huawei desktop cloud peripheral assistant: The Huawei desktop cloud peripheral assistant provides self-help peripheral policy check, routine analysis, and in-depth analysis functions as well as configuration guidelines for user administrators, frontline personnel, channel personnel, and other users who are to carry out the desktop cloud peripheral tests. This can help users easily configure and debug peripherals and help R&D personnel quickly locate on-site peripheral problems. Fault Locating and Information Collection of FusionAccess VMs: The Huawei vDesk user experience optimization tool is installed on user VMs. It is recommended that end users use this tool to collect logs and other information for fault locating. Information Collection Tool of the FusionAccess Management System: FusionCare can collect system fault information and send the information to Huawei R&D engineers for fault locating. Forum: The Huawei cloud computing forum provides troubleshooting methods for many common faults. Users can submit their problems in the forum and wait for technical experts to help them resolve their problems. FusionAccess Troubleshooting documentation: The FusionAccess documentation includes the alarm help, common faults troubleshooting, emergency handling, parts replacement, and information collection documents. FusionAccess Knowledge Base: The FusionAccess knowledge base provides the troubleshooting guidance of common faults. |
