I've encountered similar problems before, FusionCare cannot be started due to insufficient reserved space and automatically stops after being started.
If the system has less than 50 hosts, ensure that the free disk space of the OS is not less than 512 MB. If the system has more than 50 hosts, ensure that the free disk space of the OS is not less than 1 GB.
If the catalina log in the FusionCare\tomcat\logs directory contains java.lang.OutOfMemoryError, the number of products added to FusionCare has exceeded the maximum number that FusionCare allows. You can deploy another FusionCare system for handling this failure.
