fusionAccess login issue

hello when i login the fusionAccess it show me the error message "6020 Your virtual machine is not ready yet, please try to recover as follows." is there have any suggestions?

Service startup failed (usually showing switch driver failure).
 
Possible reasons
 
  • There is a problem with the virtual machine display driver.

  • Virtual machine memory exception

Approach
 
  • Restart the virtual machine.

  • If the problem persists after the restart, log in to the VM (VNC or RDP) and check if there is a problem with the display driver of the VM. Under normal circumstances, the display driver of a normal virtual machine is as follows:

  • If the display driver has an exclamation mark or is disabled, fix the display driver (restart enable drive or reinstall HAD software).

  • Confirm whether there is a corresponding driver file under the file path.

C:\Windows\System32\huawei_display_driver.dll; C:\Windows\System32\drivers\huawei_display_driver.sys

  • If you do not have these two files, the possible reason is that the HDA installation package is not installed successfully; the anti-virus software mistakenly believes that the virus deletes the file. It is recommended to uninstall the HDA installation package before reinstalling.

  • Check whether the server and client software version time is very different. If the time varies greatly, it is recommended to update.
