Hello, everyone!

I have a question about login to the FusionAccess.

When I log in to the FusionAccess have an error message is '7000 gateway is overloaded, please try again later or contact administrator', any recommend suggestions?

Error code description

Vag returns the vag to the client is overloaded.

possible reason

The current traffic or number of users of the gateway has reached the maximum allowed by the configuration.

Approach

Check the alarms and check whether all vags have reported overload alarms. If you have already reported, you need to increase vag.

Check whether the load of vag is balanced in the FA statistics report. If it is not balanced, check if the client version is lower.
