FusionAccess login error code issue?

when i login the FusionAccess it show me the error code "6033 SSL authentication has an error and the creation of an SSL connection failed. SSL error code: ()" how can i solved it?

Error code description
 
Under non-direct connection, when the login ticket is verified, the SSL connection with the Main service fails.

Possible reasons
 
  • The client client and the server network are abnormal.

  • The client certificate is correct.

Approach
 
  • Check the network between the client and the virtual machine or vag.

  • If vag one-way authentication is enabled, check if the client vag certificate is correct.
