Hi there!

Perform the following steps to locate the fault:

1. Log in to FusionCompute portal and FusionAccess portal to check whether an alarm is generated and whether the FA component is normal. If an alarm is generated, clear the alarm first.

2. Check whether the forward and reverse lookup records of the HDC host name are correctly configured on the DNS. If yes, perform the following operations to query the IP address:

a) Ping the domain name from the infrastructure VM to locate the fault. If the ping operation is successful.

b) Check the HDC address on the AD server.

c) Run the ifconfigure command to check whether the IP address of the infrastructure VM is the same as that configured on the HDC.

Set the IP address of the HDC to the IP address of the AD server.

Hi Olive. I am a little confused by your above answer. Should HDC address match infrastructure VM address or should it match AD server address?
