FusionAccess can not be accessed

i have FC    and FA  V100R006C10, i can access FC normal but  i can not browse FA. even when i try to login by VNC to the FA it shows me the below error. and their is noalarm in FC.

According to your IE browser, the certificate is error.

I suggest you use the following steps:

1. In the address bar of Internet Explorer, click "Certificate Error", and in the pop-up dialog box, click "View Certificate".

The Certificate dialog box is displayed.

2. Click Install Certificate.

The Certificate Import Wizard dialog box is displayed.

3. Click Next.

Go to the Certificate Store dialog box.

4. Check "Place all certificates in the following store" and click Browse.

The Select Certificate Store dialog box is displayed.

5. Select Trusted Root Certification Authorities and click OK.

You return to the Certificate Store dialog box.

6. Click Next.

Go to the Completing the Certificate Import Wizard dialog box.

7. Click Finish.

A "Security Warning" prompt box is displayed.

8. Click Yes.

The "Import successfully" prompt box is displayed.

9. Click OK to complete the certificate installation.

10. In the Certificate dialog box, click OK.

11. In Internet Explorer, choose Tools> Internet Options.

The "Internet Options" dialog box is displayed.

12. Select the Advanced tab.

In the Settings area, select Use TSL 1.1 and Use TSL 1.2. Deselect Warn about certificate address mismatch, and click OK.

Return to the browser interface and complete the settings of the local PC browser.

13. Log in again.

Hi

First you need to check the status of FA from FC. If it is normal and running in status then you need to configure java and browser by excluding FC IP from security list. Also java and browser version should be in compatibility list.
