Issue Description
DNS failure, follow guide document to reinstall DNS, slave DNS cannot transfer data from the master server, error message as attached.
Alarm Information

Handling Process
During reinstall DNS, not select “Store the zone in Active Directory”, and follow guideline finish all rest steps.
After installation complete, if there still have problem then restart DNS service.

Root Cause
First double check all install steps if exactly follow the guideline.
After check find, during install DNS, when create ZONE, our installation results is different from guide, see attached screenshot, when reinstall we can choose “store zone in AD” but in guide doc cannot.
This is because in initial installation, install DNS first then install AD, so when reinstall DNS, the AD is already there and can choose store in AD.

Suggestions
The information which record in DNS is update dynamic, reinstall DNS will not impact service usually, but should carefully to the steps which have not test before.
