•Storage media (such as a local disk) has been planned for the OS to be installed on the host.
NOTE:
◾If the space of a hard disk or RAID disk is greater than 2 TB, the system identifies it only as a 2 TB disk.

•Hosts have been configured based on requirements. For details about the requirements, see Server Configuration Requirements.
•Hosts to be installed support booting from the network.
•You have obtained the base board management controller (BMC) IP address of the host if the host has BMC installed.
NOTE:
The BMC manages host hardware using Intelligent Platform Management Interfaces (IPMIs), and is responsible for remote access, control, and management functions of a host.

•You have obtained the basic input/output system (BIOS) passwords of the hosts if these passwords have been configured.
•The local PC meets the following requirements:
◾The PC runs one of the following 32-bit or 64-bit OSs:◾Windows XP
◾Windows 7
◾Windows Server 2003
◾Windows Server 2008

◾The Windows firewall and other network management software of the local PC are disabled.
◾The local PC has a minimum of one disk with available space of greater than 5 GB.
◾The DHCP, TFTP, or FTP service is not installed and started on the local PC.
◾The local PC is properly communicating with the management plane and BMC plane of the hosts. You are advised to connect the PC and the hosts to be installed to the same switch and set their IP addresses to the same management network segment, unless the management plane has a virtual local area network (VLAN) configured.
◾The local PC is properly communicating with the installation plane, which is the network plane that assigns DHCP addresses and is used for installing hosts. You are advised to use the management plane as the installation plane. If the IP address of the local PC is not in the installation plane network segment, configure the DHCP relay on the switch. For details, see Example of Configuring Switch.
NOTE:
◾Do not add VLAN tags to packets passing through the PXE port during the PXE boot process. Configure network settings to allow these packets to pass through the port.

◾The system time is set correctly on the local PC.

•Except the DHCP server provided by this tool, no other DHCP servers are running in the installation plane subnet during host installation.
•Servers in the installation plane network, except hosts to be installed, do not require DHCP addresses

He refers to the local DHCP that is created when you launch the Installation program, you need to be sure that your installation PC is connected to the Service plane of the Host you are going to install not the Management plane (iBMC for example)
