Fusion Solar ios app don’t get data

Fusion Solar ios app don’t get data.
Yesterday I had my solar system monitored in the app, but today I don’t see the plant in the app.
Inversor have wifi and the company who install it can see the plant in their app.
My app is logged and the phone have wifi connection.

Somebody knows how I can fix this or where can I contact to Huawei.

@edugonzalez According to your description, the inverter may be disconnected from FusionSolar. As a result, no data is displayed. Now we need to determine whether the problem is caused by onsite communication or fusionsolar display. Observe the color of the indicator on the communication stick. If the indicator on the communication stick is not steady green, check whether the communication stick is faulty. If the indicator is steady green, the fusionsolar display may be faulty. Hello,
Check if the power station is not connected to the meter, or if there is a problem with the meter communication. If the network communication and hardware installation is normal. You can check on the meter screen to see if the communication parameters are set correctly.
Check if the meter is online in the Fusionsolar APP. If everything is normal. Then there may be a bug in Fusionsolar.
Email your inverter's SN to eu_inverter_support@huawei.com and tell them your situation and what help you need.

Were you able to see the power station information before? Or did you suddenly not see the station information today? You can ask your installer to create a new user for you and associate the user with your plant to check whether the plant information can be viewed.

Hello, thanks for your responses. All is well connected, my installer can see the data in their app and my user is associated to the plant. I can see the data in my app Monday and Tuesday. Yesterday and today I can't see nothing, I have "No data". I will try to create another user (my installer create it). Thanks

Just ask your installer to check if your existing account is linked with the PV plant, then just logout and relogin via FS APP using your account details and see if works normally.
