Hello friend!

You downloaded the SUN2000 app instead of the FusionSolar app. You are advised to download the FusionSolar app. To download the FusionSolar app, perform either of the following steps:

Method 1: Search for FusionSolar in Huawei AppGallery and download and install FusionSolar.

Method 2: Scan the QR code and download and install the software.

Method 3: Visit Go Solar with Huawei using a mobile browser to download and install the software.

For quick settings, see section 4.2 Login in the FusionSolar App and SUN2000 App User Manual and set the related parameters as prompted.

I've installed Fusion App and was able to start the app.

But now I can't add an user because when I scanned the QR Code the app said that the SN-number is
incorrect or not found.

So a new user is not able to create.

You can scan the QR code or bar code of the SUN2000 to connect to the SUN2000 by clicking Connect. On the scan screen, place the QR code or bar code of the SUN2000 in the scanning box. The SUN2000 can be automatically scanned for connection. or manual connection: Click Manual connection and select a connection mode. Select WLAN and connect to a WLAN hotspot in the WLAN connection list of the app. The initial name of the WLAN hotspot is SUN2000 SN and the initial password is Changeme. Use the initial password upon the first power-on and change the password as soon as possible. You are advised to periodically change the password. After changing the password, remember the password to ensure account security. If the message "Current WLAN is unavailable. Are you sure you want to continue using this WLAN?" is displayed when you connect to the built-in WLAN, tap Use. Otherwise, you cannot log in to the system. The login password is the password of the SUN2000 connected to the app. This password can be used only when the SUN2000 is connected to the app. The initial passwords of common users, advanced users, and special users are 00000a.
