Hello, as you know the FusionCompute portal is realte the "vrmd" service. I suggest you to follow the blew steps to check your environment.
1. Execute the command "service had query" to check all the components status, if all has a normal status, please do a change vrm node operation. Execute the command at the vrm master node "sh /opt/galax/gms/common/ha/switchOverHA.sh".
2. Change the broswer to try again "Firefox 24.0 or Internet Explorer 9".
