Fusion Compute , Error : Failed to update the IP adress

Symptim:  when customer tried to install VRM he faced this error : Failed to update the IP address

Alamr :

Handling process :

1- checking whether customer can ping IP adress of CNA or not ?

2- checking Java version

Root Cause :

customer has incompitable java version as The wizard supports only java JRE 1.7 or JDK 1.7

Solution :

problem solved after customer installed java JRE 1.7 or JDK 1.7

Sugeestion :

before doing any installtion ,customer or FSE should have alook at prerequisites befor installation in order to avoid any unexpected error.
