Hi,


Will it be possible to force charge/discharge/stop as owner in the future? Today its only installer that can do that?

Yes, only the installer account can modify parameters such as power. This is also for the sake of device security. Not everyone can commission your device to avoid unnecessary loss. If you do not have an installer account and need to change the power parameters, please contact your distributor to create an installer account for you.
