Symptom
FTP Server uploads data slowly to the cluster.
Possible Causes
The DataNode of the HDFS is faulty.
Troubleshooting Method
Check the DataNode running status.
Procedure
1. Log in to the FusionInsight Manager portal.
2. Click Alarms and check whether any HDFS alarm is generated.
If yes, handle alarms according to the alarm help.
If no, go to 3.
3. Choose System > Log Download to download logs.
Select FTP-Server from the Services drop-down list, and click OK.
Set Start Time and End Time for log collection and click Download.
4. Contact Huawei technical support and send the collected logs.
