FTP problem with U2000

Hi guys, I have an issue with U2000 over ftp failed, normally it works as usual but lately got problem.

Hi user! hope below can help u:
Root Cause:
FTP Server not running
Solution:
1. stop the 3rd ftp tool and enable the local ftp:
2. Open CMD
3. change to the directory  D:\oss\server\3rdTools\ftp\apacheftpserver // chose the drive as per installation scenario
4. start /b ftpdaemon.exe
Suggestions:
Test FTP server, Stop 3rd party FTP server
