dur to linux security enhance issue . from cusomter is unable to login linux drectly with "root"
also from filezila cusomter is unable to login linux drectly with "root" . only login with "ossuser" during login filezlia
after generated file from linux system(cusotmer login with ossuer and then switch to root ) ,
the script file is ready need download with filezila and then face issue
oss user can not found script file under linux folder
1. due to filezila login with "ossuer " that only can access folder "opt/oss/server"
2. scirpt file generated by root user and foler "root"
3. copy from root folder to oss folder
4. after copy ,from oss folder the script file still with "root " attribute . this is why filezila "ossuser" is unable to found the file
5. from root side change script attribute // chown ossuser:ossgroup test1.cap
6. after that from oss user is able to found the file and then upload /download /run the script file
