From CM or CPE ping gateway packet loss

I using CM as standalone mode , and gateway configured in the CM
then find from CM or CPE ping gateway packet loss .How can I solve this problem?

Hey!

It is a design problem - CM is not supported as a gateway.

I suggest configuring the gateway in the switch; DHCP relay in the CM.
