In the 5G spectrum, two major frequency ranges FR1 and FR2 are defined. The frequency range is called FR (Frequency range) in English, and the frequency range FR1 is from 450MHz to 6000MHz, which usually refers to Sub-6Ghz; the frequency range FR2 is from 24250MHz to 52600MHz, which we usually call millimeter wave. I think the main frequency is 3.5GHz which is used outside. And higher frequencies like 25 - 40GHz are used as a hotspot for providing high data rates.
