B312-939 is a consumer product. The device accesses the network through the SM card.
The device web page does not have an administrator account. If you forget the password, you can reset the device. After the device is reset, you will not have the password when logging in to the device for the first time. After the SM card is inserted, the network will automatically recover.
If a network fault occurs, check the network status on the WebUI. If the fault persists, contact the ISP for a solution.
