Problem:

When a camera that supports intelligent encoding is connected, frame freezing occurs during live and recorded video playing on the LDU

Root cause:

The IntelligenceCode function is enabled on the LDU.

Solution:

1- select the camera

2- from video encoding> diable check box of intelligececode as shown
