In a project, the background monitoring system shows that one inverter is disconnected, as shown in the following figure. The inverter data is 0. Other inverters in the array are normal. In the following figure, no data is displayed for inverter 12.

At the near end of SUN2000 12, it is found that the SUN2000 is properly connected to the grid, but all the four indicators are off. In this case, the Bluetooth module, data cable, mobile phone Bluetooth, and mobile phone data cable cannot be connected to the SUN2000.

Power off the AC and DC power supply of the inverter and open the device. The internal flat cable is loose, as shown in the following figure.

Reconnect the flat cable securely and power on the SUN2000 again. The SUN2000 is connected to the grid, the indicator is normal, and the Bluetooth module of the mobile phone is properly connected to the SUN2000, and the MBUS address of the SUN2000 is incorrect. Correct the address and the SUN2000 recovers. See the following figure.
