If you cannot log in to the WebUI using the account and password on the nameplate, the following situations may occur:

1. The default password for this device has been changed. In this case, you need to:

a) Reset the device.

b) Contact the device provider to obtain the device administrator account and password to log in to the device WebUI.

2. The device is customized by the ISP. In this case, contact the ISP to obtain the corresponding solution.

3. The device password varies according to the region. Contact the local device provider and service agent.
