Forgot Lock-screen Password (NOVA 3I)

Hello,



Anybody there, help me please. I have forgot my Lock Screen Password. I have tried to re-set factory data, but to the final steps, I am being failed to TYPE (yes) on the given filed. 


While trying to type "yes", the keyboard seems hanged on and does not work. 


Please help me if there any alternative ways. I have access my GMAIL account and Password as well.
