What is the version number of eSpace USM? What solution are you using? Are you sure you want to reset the password of the USM administrator or the password of another operator?

You can change the password of the admin user as the administrator user.

1.     Log in to the eSpace USM web management system as the administrator user.

2.     Choose Security Management > User Management.

3.     Click for the admin user. Change the password as prompted.

Consult the R&D personnel. If you forget the password of the admin user of the USM Web, you can change the password as the administrator user. When changing the password of the admin user, you do not need to enter the old password of the admin user. During the modification, you can set the password you want.

The default password of the administrator user is Change_Me. If the password of the administrator user is also forgotten, only the OM can be reset. Currently, the password of the administrator user cannot be reset.
