Forbid popping up the message box about disabling serial ports and parallel port

Each time of TSM proxy identification succeeded, and then a message box about disabling serial ports and parallel ports would pop up. If user’s switch continually between online and offline, the message box would pop up continually.

Handling Process

Logon the management windows, policy configuration> policy template> system device monitoring.
left click the button about setting “system device monitoring” policy, and cancel the tick of the policy “display the result of policy check in terminals”

Root Cause

In the setting of SM, disable serial ports and parallel ports and tick the policy “display the result of policy check in terminals”, and dispense the policy to SC.
