Issue Description

For the NGFW product V500R001C60SPC300, how to configure the AD server correctly for the first time?

Handling Process

1. Download and Run Active Director Explorer as below

2. Connect to AD server with ADExplorer as below:

3. Click “OK”, we can see AD’s director as below:

4. Create an AD server on the NGFW. Fill in the corresponding field in ADExplorer as it is on the NGFW configuration interface.

5. Click “Detection” and test the user, If it show succesfully, the configuration is fine.
