Problem: Our customer needs to upgrade the version of their iManager U2000 software. We performed a HealthCheck and encountered the following No Go Issues:

Upon coordinating with GTAC, they said that issue no. 3119 and 1117 will not affect the U2000 upgrade, but issue no. 3206, 3313, and 3316 needs to be fixed before upgrade or it could fail. So, we asked GTAC for assistance in fixing the No go issues.

After GTAC tried to fix the problem, he said that the issue is because the physical port where the IP address is 129.9.0.100 is not connected.

We went to the U2000 Server site to fix the issue and we discovered that in the physical server, the LAN 2 and LAN 3 physical ports are connected but in the computer interface (control panel), they are down, and the LAN 4 and LAN 5 are up. The physical port in the server hardware and the logical port in the interface do not match. This is the reason why there is an IP address error in the U2000.
Solution: To fix the problem, we confirmed with the customer if the other two physical ports (LAN 4 and 5) and the assigned IP address to them are not in use. After the customer confirmed with us, that they don’t use those, we placed the 129.9.0.100 IP address from logical LAN 2 to the logical LAN 4 (physically connected to Port 2). We tried to do the HealthCheck again and it displayed that the issue no. 3206, 3313, and 3316 are no longer there. Therefore, the iManager U2000 software can now be upgraded successfully.
