Using the Neteco App on the Android phone, this can generate the terminal errorCode is empty error:
This alarm is generated because the application identification number is not synchronized with the phone.
Follow the next steps to fix the error;
Open the aplication and form the main page choose settings

Confirm the Identification number:
Select the tab back from your phone and the aplication closed. Open again the aplication and now you can login on Nteco APP with your account:
